Customer Booking Policies

Etiquette

We ask that all mobile phones are turned onto silent (or off) for the duration of the appointment.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate you, if you do happen to be a little late. Please understand however that your appointment time may be reduced to avoid keeping others waiting.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you show us courtesy where possible and give us at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation. A strict cancellation policy of a $50 cancellation-fee exists, for failure to attend or changes to an appointment (after 4.30pm on the day prior to the appointment).
